Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, well drained
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans or other nuts
Method
- Have the cream cheese at room temperature.
- Mix cream cheese and instant pudding by hand.
- Blend or fold in fruit cocktail. Shape into a roll or ball.
- Roll in nuts.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve with graham crackers.
