Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 can Milnot, whipped
- 3 c. graham crumbs
- 1/2 c. margarine
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Mix cracker crumbs and margarine together, then pack in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
