Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. water
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. When well mixed, make 3 holes in the mix and add one of liquid ingredients to each hole.
- Pour 1 cup water over all and mix with a fork until smooth.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Double everything for a 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake.
