Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) butterscotch bits
- 3 oz. can chow mein noodles
- 1 c. salted peanuts
Method
- Melt butterscotch morsels over hot water (not boiling). Remove from heat.
- Stir in chow mein noodles and salted peanuts. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
