Ingredients
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 1 Banana (roughly mashed)
- 2 pieces Cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp Jam of your choice
- 30 grams Mixed nuts (for snacking, roughly chopped)
Method
- Bring the cream cheese to room temperature to soften.
- Roughly chop the nuts and mash the banana with a fork.
- Mix the cream cheese, banana, nuts, and jam in a bowl.
- If you're making this during the summer, it's delicious if you let it chill in the refrigerator for a bit.
- This is a toasted version!
- When you get a craving for bread that's crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, use this spread on toast!
