Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans (1/2 c. included in ball and 1/2 c. reserved to roll on the outside of ball)
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients and shape into ball. Chill. When firm, roll in reserved 1/2 cup pecans. Store, covered, in refrigerator. May be reshaped and used again and again.
- Keeps indefinitely.
