Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely minced
- 1 scallion, finely sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
Method
- In a medium bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, green onion and chili flakes.
- Let sit for 15 minutes for flavors to combine.
