Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 475°.
- Grease muffin pan and sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pan.
- Mix milk and flour in blender; add and flip blender to mix a little at a time.
- Add salt and buzz blender. Add eggs, one at a time, and flip, flip, and flip each one.
- Pour batter (like heavy cream) into muffin pan 3/4 full.
- Pop in oven and bake at 475° for 15 minutes.
- Do not open oven.
- Reduce heat to 350° for 20 minutes longer.
