Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs

Method

  • Preheat oven to 475°.
  • Grease muffin pan and sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pan.
  • Mix milk and flour in blender; add and flip blender to mix a little at a time.
  • Add salt and buzz blender. Add eggs, one at a time, and flip, flip, and flip each one.
  • Pour batter (like heavy cream) into muffin pan 3/4 full.
  • Pop in oven and bake at 475° for 15 minutes.
  • Do not open oven.
  • Reduce heat to 350° for 20 minutes longer.
