Ingredients
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 small pkg. lemon jello
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c. drained pineapple
- 1 c. finely diced celery
- 1 c. orange juice
Method
- Add boiling water to lemon jello.
- Mix all ingredients together, stirring well, then pour in a mold or whatever dish desired.
- Let the mixture partially jell, then stir one time. Replace container in the refrigerator and leave until completely jelled.
- Can be served on lettuce or as is.
- This is a good salad to use with meats.
