Ingredients
- 1 c. cranberries, measured after grinding
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped in small pieces
- 1 (9 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. strawberry or lemon gelatin
Method
- Mix sugar and cranberries together and let stand overnight or several hours.
- Add gelatin to boiling water.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add other ingredients and chill.
- Use the pineapple juice and less water if desired.
