Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Jell-O (cherry or raspberry)
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 large can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Save juice and add to Jell-O, orange juice, hot water and cranberry sauce.
- Chill until Jell-O is slightly thick.
- Add then pineapple, celery and pecans.
- Refrigerate for several more hours.
