Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Egg Substitute Or 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons Orange Extract
  • 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and orange extract until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  • Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
