Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 chicken breast halves, with bone
- 23 cup orange juice
- 23 cup cranberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 18 teaspoon ground cloves
Method
- In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook about 10 minutes per side until juices run clear.
- In a medium size saucepan, combiner orange juice, cranberries, honey, orange peel, cornstarch and cloves.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Spoon sauce over chicken breasts.
