Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 chicken breast halves, with bone
  • 23 cup orange juice
  • 23 cup cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 18 teaspoon ground cloves

Method

  • In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add chicken breasts and cook about 10 minutes per side until juices run clear.
  • In a medium size saucepan, combiner orange juice, cranberries, honey, orange peel, cornstarch and cloves.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken breasts.
