Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 pinch soda
Method
- Boil sugar, syrup and vinegar, without stirring, until 252°. Add butter and soda; remove from fire.
- Pour into buttered tin and when sufficiently cool, grease hands with butter and pull.
- Cut into pieces and wrap in wax paper.
