Ingredients
- 1 container cottage cheese (12 oz.)
- 1 container Cool Whip (12 oz.)
- 1 box strawberry jello
- 1 pt. frozen strawberries, drained and sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix cottage cheese and Cool Whip in large mixing bowl.
- Add jello; mix.
- Add strawberries and pecans; mix well.
- Put in 9 x 13-inch dish or one of your choice and refrigerate.
- Best when made a day before serving.
