Ingredients
- 1 qt. cranberries
- 1 qt. water
- 2 c. sugar (plus)
- juice of 3 or 4 small lemons
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Method
- Boil cranberries and water until skins pop.
- Strain through sieve.
- Add 2 cups sugar to each quart juice.
- Return to heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add juice of 1 lemon to each pint juice. Put in freezer.
