Ingredients
- 6 to 10 pieces chicken, skin removed
- 1 c. whole cranberries
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
- 1 1/2 c. white rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
Method
- Line large Pyrex baking dish with foil.
- Place chicken in bottom of dish.
- Into a small bowl, combine balance of ingredients except rice and stir.
- Pour ingredients over chicken.
- Cover top of baking dish with foil.
- Put in 350° oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve with white rice.
- Serves 4.
