- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 jars salsa
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- dash of parsley flakes
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Method
- In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain.
- Add onion, green chilies, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, 1 jar salsa, chili powder, oregano, cumin and parsley flakes.
- Stir and let simmer 10 minutes.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Dip tortillas in remaining jar of salsa and fill with 2 or 3 Tbsp. meat mixture. Roll up and place in pan.
- Take remaining mixture and place around the sides of pan.
- Pour salsa on top and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
