Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 jars salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • dash of parsley flakes
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas

Method

  • In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain.
  • Add onion, green chilies, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, 1 jar salsa, chili powder, oregano, cumin and parsley flakes.
  • Stir and let simmer 10 minutes.
  • Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
  • Dip tortillas in remaining jar of salsa and fill with 2 or 3 Tbsp. meat mixture. Roll up and place in pan.
  • Take remaining mixture and place around the sides of pan.
  • Pour salsa on top and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
