Ingredients
- Long-grain and wild rice mix
- Fresh baby spinach
- Gala apple, diced
- Sweetened dried cranberries
- Celery, chopped
- Green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook and cool rice mix. Combine rice, spinach, diced apple, cranberries, celery, green onions, and Honey-Cider Vinaigrette. Toss and season with salt and pepper.
