Ingredients
- 1-lb. can cut sweet potatoes in syrup
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2-1/2 cups biscuit mix
Method
- Blend potatoes and syrup until smooth.
- Add sugar, milk and eggs, beat well.
- Add cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and biscuit mix.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Pour into a well-greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
