Ingredients
- 5-6 pound fresh picnic or possibly pork roast
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4-5 whole cloves
- 2 c. water
Method
- Place 1/2 sliced onion in bottom of crock pot.
- Add in pork, other 1/2 sliced onion on top of pork, cloves and water.
- Cook on low 8 to 12 hrs.
- Remove pork from pot and remove bones and fat.
- Also throw away any remaining juice in pot.
- Chop meat and place back in crock pot.
- Add in 1 diced onion (optional) and BBQ sauce (approximately a 16 oz bottle) or possibly your own sauce.
- Cook on low for 2 to 3 hrs.
