Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Brown hamburger in skillet.
- Add rice, water, bouillon, onion, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer until rice is done. Meanwhile, dice green pepper and tomato; stir in.
- Put Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
