Ingredients
- 1 large raspberry jello
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) tub sour cream
Method
- Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add cranberry sauce and stir together.
- Add undrained pineapple and chopped nuts. Place in refrigerator until set.
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream.
- Spread on top of jello when it is set.
- Extra good with ham or turkey.
