Ingredients
- 2 lb. lump crabmeat, pick out shells
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
- 1 c. celery hearts, minced
- 1/2 c. shallots, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- salt and white pepper
Method
- Combine crabmeat and all seasonings.
- Season to taste and chill.
- Drain and add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
- Serve in tomato, avocado or lettuce cups.
- Top with strips of pimiento. Garnish with wedge of lemon.
- Serves 4 to 6.
