- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 slices toasted bread
- 4 crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- dash of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in oleo.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Shape into patties.
- Dip in cracker crumbs. May fry or bake.
