Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. minced onion
Method
- Soften cream cheese; then add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Chill until firm enough to handle.
- Shape with hands into large ball (or smaller individual ones).
- Roll in cracker crumbs or finely chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve at room temperature.
