Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 pkg. flaky biscuits (10 to 12 in pkg.), Pillsbury or Hungry Jack
  • 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
  • Separate biscuits into 3 sections and spread mixture on top.
  • Place a water chestnut on top.
  • Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
