Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 pkg. flaky biscuits (10 to 12 in pkg.), Pillsbury or Hungry Jack
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
- Separate biscuits into 3 sections and spread mixture on top.
- Place a water chestnut on top.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Elegant!
