Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt butter.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla. Set aside.
- Sift flour, cocoa and sugar together.
- Add butter mixture.
- Blend well.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Pour into greased 8-inch pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares when cool.
- Yield: 16 brownies.
