Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat (use good quality)
- 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- few drops Tabasco
- 1 lb. wonton skins
- garlic powder to taste
- grated onion, small amount
Method
- Shred crabmeat.
- Blend cheese, soy sauce, garlic, Tabasco and onion; mix well.
- Put 1/2 teaspoon in center of wonton skin. Moisten edges with egg.
- Pinch corners together.
- Fry in oil 2 minutes.
- Drain.
- Dip in sweet and sour sauce.
