Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 lb. crab meat
- Old Bay to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 boxes crackers (to spread on)
Method
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature about 1 hour.
- Mix by hand, cream cheese and crab meat.
- Dice onion and celery and mix in cream cheese and crab mixture.
- Roll this mixture into a big, softball form.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle Old Bay all over this ball.
- Chill 1 hour before serving.
