Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • Old Bay to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 boxes crackers (to spread on)

Method

  • Let cream cheese soften at room temperature about 1 hour.
  • Mix by hand, cream cheese and crab meat.
  • Dice onion and celery and mix in cream cheese and crab mixture.
  • Roll this mixture into a big, softball form.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle Old Bay all over this ball.
  • Chill 1 hour before serving.
