Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. crab meat or imitation crab meat
- 5 c. medium white sauce
- 3 3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 3/4 tsp. finely grated onion
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine the first 4 ingredients together.
- Put into 6 buttered individual casserole dishes.
- Cover each portion with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375° until hot and bubbly.
