Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. crab (may be canned)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, paprika and garlic
Method
- Melt cream cheese in microwave-proof bowl.
- Add the other ingredients and stir well.
- Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly (can use microwave).
- Serve with pumpernickel sticks or logs.
