- 2 lb. lump crabmeat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Form patties 3 inches in diameter.
- Fry in just enough olive oil to cover bottom of skillet.
- If patties seem too dry, adjust mayonnaise.
