Ingredients
- 1 lb. Maryland crabmeat or 1 pt. shucked oysters with liqueur
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp. minced onion (instant)
- 12 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- salt and pepper
Method
- Remove cartilage
- from
- crabmeat if making crab soup or put oysters with
- liqueur
- in
- small
- pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
