Ingredients
- 1 packet Cream of Wheat
- 1 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Combine ingredients with wire whisk.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tins or skillet.
- Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown.
- You will think you are eating real corn bread.
