Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 2 c. butterscotch chips
Method
- Cream butter thoroughly, then add sugar and beat well.
- Put egg yolk and vanilla in and beat well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix.
- Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350°.
- These melt in your mouth if eaten while still slightly warm.
