Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Beat eggs in another bowl; stir in nonfat milk and melted margarine.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Stir just until dry ingredients are wet.
- Use about 3 tablespoons of mixture for each pancake.
- Cook over low heat until bubbles appear on top.
- Turn and brown on other side.
