Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 14 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 12 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
Method
- Soak oats and buttermilk overnight.
- In bowl, mix eggs, oat mixture and cooled butter.
- Mix dry ingredients and add to bowl.
