Ingredients
- 25 lb. ground pork
- 4 Tbsp. red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. saltpetre
- 1 small box sage
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Divide into 1 pound packs.
- Wrap and freeze until ready to use.
