Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 3 tsp. grated orange rind
- 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 16 oz. can cranberry sauce (whole)
- 1/2 c. diced celery
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Add orange rind and cranberry sauce.
- Chill until thickened.
- Stir in pineapple and celery. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold or large bowl and chill until set. Serve with a dollop of mayonnaise.
