Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. boneless pork loin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. apple or red currant jelly
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place pork loin on a roasting rack. Combine salt, garlic and 1 teaspoon chili powder and rub it over the pork surface.
- Roast meat, uncovered, in the center of preheated oven for 30 to 60 minutes.
