Ingredients

  • 1 bag Naengmyeon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 60 grams Kimchi (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
  • 1/3 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Kiwi fruit

Method

  • Remove the skin and seed of the avocado and cut into 1 cm chunks.
  • Thinly slice the kimchi.
  • Combine the avocado, kimchi, ground white sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
  • Peel the kiwi and cut in half vertically, then cut into thin wedges.
  • Boil water in a pot and boil the noodles as directed on the package (1 minute).
  • Rinse with cold water, place on dishes, and pour the soup packet on top.
  • Top Step 3's noodles with Step 1 avocados and Step 2 kiwis.
  • Top to taste with chopped nori and enjoy.
