Ingredients
- 4 medium-size tomatoes
- 1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dillweed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Paprika
Method
- Slice off tops of tomatoes; scoop out pulp with a small spoon, discarding pulp. Invert and drain on paper towels.
- While tomato shells drain, combine cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture evenly into tomato shells. Sprinkle with paprika.
