Ingredients
- 2 cans (8 Oz. Size) Crescent Rolls
- 2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- 1 box (10 Oz) Chopped Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Drained
- 1 can (14 Oz.) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Chopped
- 23 cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 13 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
Method
- Pre-heat the oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll can.
- In one bowl, mix parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts together.
- In a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredients (everything except the crescent rolls, of course!).
- Finally, thoroughly combine the two bowls.
- Remove the crescent rolls from the cans, separate them and lay them flat onto a baking sheet.
- Spoon the spinach dip into the center of the roll.
- Pull together the three corners of the roll and pinch the sides together, forming three seams.
- Repeat with the remaining rolls until there is no more dip.
- Bake until golden brown and the center is hot, usually 15 minutes.
- This also makes a great hot dip!
