Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 Oz. Size) Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 box (10 Oz) Chopped Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Drained
  • 1 can (14 Oz.) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Chopped
  • 23 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 13 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced

Method

  • Pre-heat the oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll can.
  • In one bowl, mix parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts together.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredients (everything except the crescent rolls, of course!).
  • Finally, thoroughly combine the two bowls.
  • Remove the crescent rolls from the cans, separate them and lay them flat onto a baking sheet.
  • Spoon the spinach dip into the center of the roll.
  • Pull together the three corners of the roll and pinch the sides together, forming three seams.
  • Repeat with the remaining rolls until there is no more dip.
  • Bake until golden brown and the center is hot, usually 15 minutes.
  • This also makes a great hot dip!
