Ingredients
- baked pie shell
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 stick oleo
- 5 or 6 Tbsp. caramel sauce
Method
- Mix Eagle Brand milk, cream cheese and Cool Whip well for 2 minutes.
- Put into pie shell.
- Melt and mix together oleo and pecans in a saucepan to coat nuts.
- Spread over top of pie. Drizzle caramel sauce over top.
- Cover with foil.
- Freeze.
- Thaw slightly just to ease slicing stage.
- Serve.
