Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. buttered crumbs, bread, Ritz crackers or stuffing mix
Method
- Cook noodles in boiling salt water; drain.
- Add corned beef, soup, milk and onions.
- Pour into 2-quart casserole (greased) and top with buttered crumbs.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
