Ingredients
- 6 oz. macaroni (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 c. buttered crumbs
- 1/4 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook macaroni in boiling water (with little salt or none since soup is salty).
- Drain and rinse.
- Combine other ingredients except crumbs.
- Top with the buttered crumbs.
- Bake approximately 1 hour at 350° or until lightly browned in greased dish.
