Ingredients
- 4 medium to large potatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1/4 c. margarine
- milk
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Method
- Scrub potatoes. Do not peel.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes. Boil until just tender.
- Mash the potatoes with butter and milk to desired consistency. Microwave spinach (in package) on High for 3 minutes; drain. Add spinach and salt to mashed potatoes.
