Ingredients
- 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn (use liquid)
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole corn (use liquid)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in 8-inch or 9-inch pan. Top with 1 1/2 cups of grated Swiss cheese.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- You may double recipe and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
