Ingredients
- 2/3 c Minute Rice-uncooked
- 2 c diced chicken
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 c pineapple tidbits drained
- 1/2 c coconut
- 2/3 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c slivered almonds
Method
- Cook the rice. Mix together all ingredients except the almonds. Top with almonds. May be served with Thompson grapes. Chill several hours.
